These Terms apply to all online courses and digital products offered by 'The High Conflict Blueprint' ("I", "me", or "my") and delivered via ThriveCart or any similar platform I choose to use.

These Course Terms are separate from the general Website Terms and Conditions and apply specifically to paid products.

ACCESS TO COURSES

When you purchase a course, you are granted access for as long as the course is offered by me.

I may update, replace, or improve course content from time to time. Updates are provided at my discretion and are intended to improve clarity, delivery, or relevance. I do not guarantee that specific lessons, formats, or materials will remain available indefinitely.

USE OF COURSE MATERIALS

All course content is protected by copyright and is provided for your personal use only.

You must not:

* Share your login details with anyone else
* Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course materials (including videos, worksheets, or downloads)
* Use course materials for commercial purposes or client work

Unauthorised use or sharing of course materials may result in access being revoked without refund.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access to course materials, all sales are final.

I do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the content.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
